  1. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MoleBox/MoleBox Pro

  3. This  license agreement ("EULA")  is  a legal agreement  between  you, 
  4. either  an individual or  a single entity,  and Teggo  concerning  the 
  5. software  identified  above,  which  includes   executable  files  and
  6. accompanying  printed,  on-line   or  other  electronic  documentation 
  7. ("SOFTWARE"). The SOFTWARE also includes  any updates and  supplements  
  8. to original SOFTWARE provided to you.

  10. By installing, copying, running, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE,  you
  11. agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to 
  12. the terms of this license, you must remove all MoleBox files from your
  13. computer.

  18. All  copyrights    to    the  SOFTWARE   are  exclusively   owned   by 
  19. Teggo.  All rights not expressly granted  here  are reserved by Teggo.

  21. This  SOFTWARE  is  protected  by  copyright  laws  and  international 
  22. copyright treaties,  as well as  other  intellectual property laws and 
  23. treaties.  The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

  26. GRANT OF LICENSE

  28. 1. Installation and Use
  29.  
  30. You  are  granted  a right  to  install  the  SOFTWARE  and  use it in 
  31. accordance  with the terms  of this EULA, in order to process your own
  32. applications with the SOFTWARE.

  34. 2. Trial version
  35.  
  36. The trial (unregistered)  version  of MoleBox  is intended  solely for
  37. evaluation purposes. You can freely download it  from the official web 
  38. site,  install  and  evaluate  during  the 15 day period.  You are not 
  39. allowed to distribute the software processed with trial version. After
  40. the trial period  is expired,  if you wish  to continue using MoleBox,
  41. you must register it.

  44. 3. Registered version
  45.  
  46. In order  to use  the SOFTWARE for your  commercial purposes, you must 
  47. register.

  49. Registration of MoleBox  gives you the following non-exclusive rights:
  50. - to download the full version of the SOFTWARE, 
  51. - to install and use the SOFTWARE for your commercial purposes, 
  52. - to download free updates from our web-site,
  53. - to receive information about software updates via e-mail,
  54. - to receive free technical support via e-mail.

  56. When you purchase your copy of the SOFTWARE, you'll receive a download 
  57. link for the full version  and a personal registration code via e-mail 
  58. you provided.

  61. 4. License types
  62.  
  63. MoleBox STANDARD: Allows  to use  MoleBox  standard  (feature-limited)
  64.     version. Only for usage by  independent  software  developers. 
  65.     This license allows  to distribute  moleboxed applications  on 
  66.     behalf of a person. If you're  a self-employed  or independent 
  67.     software developer, and functionality in MoleBox Standard fits 
  68.     your requirements, choose this license type. 
  69.  
  70. MoleBox PRO, single developer license: Allows  one  software developer 
  71.     to use MoleBox Pro,  on any number  of computers. This license 
  72.     offers advanced functionality for independent developers. This 
  73.     license allows  to distribute moleboxed applications on behalf 
  74.     of a person.

  76. MoleBox PRO, company license: Allows any number of developers from the
  77.     same company  to use  MoleBox Pro. If you represent a company,
  78.     or a group  or team  of developers,  choose this license type. 
  79.     This license allows  to distribute  moleboxed applications  on 
  80.     behalf of a team or company.

  84. 5. Upgrades policy
  85.  
  86. The latest  trial version  of the SOFTWARE  can be  freely  downloaded 
  87. from the official web site.

  89. Registered users may download the latest full version  of the SOFTWARE
  90. from the link provided in the registration letter. 
  91.  
  92. Registered users  of the version 2.0 are entitled  to receive upgrades
  93. up to version 2.x.x  without any additional charges.  Further upgrades 
  94. may be received by a discounted price.

  97. 6. Redistribution of the SOFTWARE
  98.  
  99. You are allowed to make  as many copies  of the  SOFTWARE installation 
  100. package as you wish. Teggo allows and encourages magazines, web sites, 
  101. bulletin  board  systems,  and  end-users  to  freely  distribute  the 
  102. installation package  of the  trial version  of the  SOFTWARE  via any 
  103. electronic means  with the following restrictions:

  105. - the authors and origin of the SOFTWARE must be clearly stated;
  106. - the content of the installation package cannot be modified;
  107. - this EULA may not be removed from or altered in a redistributed 
  108. package.

  110. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the 
  111. SOFTWARE without written permission from the copyright holder.

  113. No person or company may distribute the installation package of the 
  114. full version on the SOFTWARE.

  117. LIMITATIONS

  119. 1. License transfer
  120. You may not  rent,  lease, sell,  or transfer  your license to another 
  121. person  or  company  without  written  permission  from  the copyright 
  122. holder.  You may not share your registration code  with another person 
  123. or company.

  125. 2. Reverse engineering
  126. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, modify, decompile, disassemble, 
  127. otherwise reverse engineer the SOFTWARE,  or any of it's parts, except 
  128. as provided by this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use  will result 
  129. in immediate and automatic termination of this license agreement.

  132. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  134. This SOFTWARE  is  distributed  "as is".  No warranty  of any kind  is 
  135. expressed  or implied.  You use it  at your own risk.  The author will 
  136. not be liable  for data loss,  damages,  loss of profits  or any other 
  137. kind of loss while using or misusing this software.

  139. Teggo does not  guarantee  that  SOFTWARE  is  error  free. Teggo does 
  140. not guarantee  that  this  SOFTWARE  meets your personal requirements.
